Charity Goodwin has a proven track record of success and education. She became licensed in 2017 and created her own firm, CMG Realty, where she was Managing Broker! She understands all the technicalities of a real estate transaction and has a heart for helping others! In addition to helping with real estate transactions, Charity can take care of your assets and tenants as a property manager.

With a family background in the home building industry, Catherine brings a unique understanding of construction and quality craftsmanship. She combines that insight with personalized service, clear communication, and attention to detail to help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate every step of the real estate process with confidence.

 Elizabeth brings patience, expertise, and genuine care to every real estate transaction. With a background in Education, she has a natural gift for making the complex feel clear — helping her clients understand each step of the process with attention and thoroughness.

Amanda recently made the transfer to the Penthouse Real Estate Solutions team at Worth Clark Realty from redkey in early 2026. She has a diverse background in many fields related to Real Estate. She performs Property Inspections for a property inspection company that serves lenders when draw inspections are required, has her Paralegal Studies Certificate, and schedules appointments for a local electrical contractor. Amanda already servest the investment real estate market and is excited to grow in this element. She also loves helping buyers find their dream homes!

Our Head Designer and Chief Stager holds a degree in Interior Design and is a published designer. No job is too big or too small for Amy!

Katie keeps our team's documents and contracts moving along! Katie holds a degree in Business Administration and has a year of law school under her belt. She loves contracts, real property, and teaching yoga at Yoga with Puppies!
